We’re HIPAA-compliant and use end-to-end encryption on all chats, calls, and video sessions. Your personal details and session notes are stored on secure servers and never shared.

After completing your intake assessment, you’ll see available slots for your chosen therapist. Click to book. To reschedule, go to “My Sessions,” select the appointment, and choose a new time—up to 12 hours before your session.
